- ● Sample Review: We follow-up on clients’ request on samples ordering, and reviewing the samples before sending to clients to ensure they are the right specification and good quality to avoid mistakes , time and money consuming by sending samples many times.
- ● Sample/ developing status: We follow-up and provide our clients with the sample/ developing status on weekly basis as well as samples shipping schedule so things can be well controlled and move smoothly.
- Specification: We build up the specification form of products for our clients to approve prior or when the order is placed so our Quality Control team can use it as a standard when doing inspection.
- ● Order Status: We provide order status report on weekly basis to our clients to keep them informed the production situation.
- ● Inspection Report: We provide inspection report within two days after inspection.

ARRANGEMENT OF BUSINESS TRIP TO FACTORIES AND OR EXHIBITIONS:
There are many great exhibitions of different sectors during the whole year.
We provide our clients a full list of fairs according to their requirements, and organize everything related to the travel such as hotel, transportation, planning, tickets..etc. If our clients need to make a business trip to search and review required products and the capability of the potential suppliers, or to obtain the best quality with the best prices, we will arrange for them the best travel itinerary with the most appropriate suppliers in order to make the best use of the little time and make your stay in China or/ and Taiwan more efficiently and smoothly. Our professional staffs will also accompany our clients during the trip in Taiwan or/ and China to record and follow-up issues.
CONSOLIDATION SERVICE:
Some of our clients may have the quantities issue on full container load, we can help them to coordinate and consolidate the goods together to ship on full container basis.
